RIPOFF *******ION

my wife and I were ****** at gunpoint and they stole our cellphones that we had taaken through rentoza - we put in a claim for each device got an invoice for each and now that it comes to them having to replace the device now I am being told that the R840 we paid as excess was for them to get their device replaced - its not for me to get a new device!! what BULL**** IS THIS - insurance is not there to enrich any party - we are suppose to be insured with rentoza and get our devices replaced not get them to get a new device and for us to now start a new contract again with a new device!!! WHAT ****ING BULL**** - I will report this to the ombud lets see what they say!
