Rentzoa Refund

I've been waiting for my refund since 29 December FROM Rentzoa. They don't reply to my emails or texts. Avoid them at all cost. They are not honest and forthcoming with their business. Highly disappointed with them. Next I'm going to the consumer ombudsman. I won't let them get away withy money.
