Rentoza - Worst Customer Service Ethics

I am making payments towards the Buyout Price of both items purchased on Rentoza. I have spoken to an Agent and I have enough email proof of the Consultant validating and receiving my Buyout Payments and a Business Whatsapp chat with the consultant showing what has been paid and still owing.

But daily I get 5 different Rentoza Consultants threatening me for Payment.

How does Rentoza operate as this service is so unprofessional and sad.

If paying Customers are treated this badly or disrespectfully how do we rate Rentoza for good service?

Both Consultants have been investigating my payments made almost 2 months and one matter has been resolved only. Is the service slow for everyone?

I cannot deal with this. Can a senior manager or professional person please reach out to me. This is pathetic!
