Rentoza worst customer service!

No even worthy of 1star!

I am in the buy out process for my Hisense front loader. There is a 4 year warranty in place. My frontloader started acting up a week ago I got in touch with Rentoza, they advised they cannot assist due to it being in the buy out process! They wouldn't assist with trying to get it fixed under warranty!

I will not be making further payments on something that doesn't work!
