Rentoza Worst Company Ever

Rentoza Verification process is honestly the worst I have ever experienced in my life, I paid the amount for the items I chose on their app after 5 working days I was emailed that I was declined, Okay I emailed them when can I be refunded money back apparently it takes 6 - 14 Business days to be refunded, Okay I waited it's more than those days now I am still not refunded my money back I followed up today only to be informed that the refund process has failed firstly I was not notified I had to follow up, secondly I was informed to give my Banking details so that they do a manual payment to my Bank account since 11am till now nothing is being done, I am not called nor an email to inform me whether the Manuel payment is done I emailed them again since their is no contact number you can reach them on it's so frustrating not knowing whether you will be refunded or not as their is too much ***** being done in SA Rentoza I want my money today.
