RENTOZA UNSATIFIED CUSTOMER

i took out a contract with Rentoza , and last month i asked to buyout my phones.

which they sent me and amended contract to buyout.

the last month , they tried to deduct double the agreed amount which i then notified them and they sent me the new payment link.

this month they again tried to debit my account om double the agreed amount as per signed contract which i sent whatapp conversations stating this is incorrect. they are not responding to my whatapp messages or emails.

i am trying to pay my account , which they blocked my phone.
