Rentoza The poor service company with Rude and unproffessional agents

This company is bad news. The agents are rude and unproffessional I have 2 subscriptions with them 1 for 1phone 12 pro Max and 1 for iphone 12 mini

I pay my monthly subscription on time every month one on the last day of every month and one on the 11th of every month. Today the date is the 11th and i am supposed to be making a payment for the iphone 12 mini and i recieve a call from one of the agents with the name Given. He did not even contact me, he contacted my partner and i answered and advisied him that i will still make the payment today and he asked what time?

I mean time does not matter. what matters is the fact that i am going to make the [payment today. I would understand if the date was the 12th.

To cut the long story short, because they have access to my phone and my daughters phone, we both can use the phones because they locked both of them and still expect a payment to be made.

How is the payment going to be made when you cant access your phone? the phone only has an option of calling the agent that locked it but when i call he does not answer.

Their service is annoying and F%CK&N Poor if i must say and i would never recommend it to anyone.
