Rentoza-terrible service
Extremely frustrated at the back and forth with different consultants daily and it seems that not a single soul is able to assist with clear communication.
I have numerous times uploaded docs to the system, the agreement fails to load. After sending 5 emails for assistance I receive a response that my shipping address doesn't match my proof of address.
My shipping address is my work address as this is where I will be when I receive the goods.
To try and get someone to grasp this or provide me with an alternative option is such a joke.

19 Sept 2022, 13:39Still absoulte ridiculous service from this company. After holding my money for 20 days I'm now told I need to go to my bank myself. Do not do business with Rentoza and most importantly do not communicate with the general manager Mr Khan
