RENTOZA TERRIBLE COMPANY

Rentoza is the worst company when it comes to customer service. Their communication via email and whatsapp is terrible. I app**** for a subscription on their website for an iphone 14 for my daugheter. They said the verification was approved and sent me a contract to sign. Agreement had wrong address from the POA I gave them. After back and forth with everyone sending me an email with different messages. I finally got a whatsapp from Pontsho that the address has been updated and I must sign the Agreement. But there was no new agreement sent. After a day I then recieved an email from a Karabo that my order has been declined and cancelled. TERRIBLE COMPANY, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM
