Rentoza sucks

Rentoza has always had useless service, but this is a new low for them. My subscription term ended in September with them and as per my contract with them, I was told that I would be offered the option to either pay a buyout fee or return the device. I was not contacted at all and then I was charged the subscription fee for every month since! Rentoza also refuses to answer my emails, they have no contact number and they are absolutely useless on Whatsapp
