Rentoza subscription

I was gonna give you guys 5 stars cause Mfundo Mdlalose was great help during my subscription process and thanks for that Mfundo. The problem I'm faced with is debit Date, I agreed that the debit must be paid on the 15 of each month but it didn't happen on the date ,it only went off on 17 which is the date I got my subscription right. By the 16 my phone was already blocked and it was not my doing but your system. I tried calling the number I was given to explain whats happening but it wasn't working
