Rentoza stole my money

I have paid my last installment of the phone ladt month April 2024. Rentoza again took money from my account this month of May 2024. They list it as a purchase so the bank is unable to reverse the payment. I have send emails the whole week because you unable to call to mo avail. i send an email to no avail. They dont even entertain my plea to get my money back. Please assist.
