Rentoza - STAY AWAY!

It was sadly the most horrible un professional experience with a company I was hoping that could change the way we deal with contracts.

I initially signed up and kept my contractual agreement - which sometime during the contract period changed terms and conditions without letting me know! Namely the most important update being that I NOW had to pay in and make a balloon payment at the end of my contract.

Once this was dealt with, I then received a bill for R34,000 even though the above was dealt with.

I am hoping this is now resolved. Things only seem to get dealt with when threatened with legal action.
