Rentoza services are horrible! DO NOT USE THEM.

Rentoza is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Over a week of paying and still have cannot be verified. WHY take my money first then verify? Secondly no contact details, the online chat agents are not helpful AT ALL.

Thirdly, I’ve requested for a subscription cancellation and 3 days later still no communication to say whether its being processed or not.

I recommend not using this service. If there’s a start-up out there offering the same service now would be a good time to launch and rival them.
