Rentoza service is pathetic

Most horrible company to deal with. They advertise they do not do credit checks yet when you apply you get declined and then the consultant can't even tell you why your application was declined. They take a deposit before doing their checks then you have to wait up to 14days for a refund. Why not 1st do checks before taking a deposit. I had over r40000 in my account but yet still declined. Don't waste your time with this place. They take forever to get back to you and when they do the Consultant want to you a screen shot of how many clients she's busy with that's why they can't get back to you sooner. It's not my problem that 1 person needs to deal with over 1000 clients alone.
