Rentoza *****s your money, struggling to get my REFUND

I placed an order on the 25th of February 2026. According to their website the verification takes 48 hours this however was not the case I did everything I could, i even spoke to one of Rentoza's agents to help me, because I did everything they have asked but it says bank verification failed. I paid for a tumbledryer of R530.00. I eventually cancelled the order after 5 days that I still couldn't get it verified and not for a lack of documentation or even trying to get hold of them at all. Order was cancelled and now its a struggle getting hold of them for my refund its like no one is working there, I have about 7 emails asking for my refund, i have whatsapp's between me and the agent that is trying to help me, but still no luck They can't even give me an ETA on when i will receive my money, apparently it takes between 6-13 days, it has been almost 20 days and still no luck, Pathetic service if I have ever seen it
