Did an application on 22 November 2025 for a play station had to pay R880-00 then after I submitted all doc's it was declined. Ask for a refund and now almost a month later still no refund. Lots of whatsapps and excuses of their refund system being offline and all refunds are delayed. I can not wait any more and the phone numbers does not work can only communicate via whatsapps & emails.
