Rentoza ridiculous

I ordered a new cell phone on the 1st of December today is the 4th of December I haven't received any update as yet regarding my order witch is paid for as well I sent email after email and I get absolutely no feedback from them I am still waiting for my agreement that also haven't been sent to me yet they just keep telling me to wait 24-48 hours since I ordered the cell phone and this is ridiculous that phone was needed ASAP as it is for work purposes and they taking my time
