Rentoza- Requesting for ownership certificate

I have fully paid for my Rentoza subscription(including buyout fee of R4660) yet they are refusing to send through my ownership certificate. I have sent them multiple emails and texts on WhatsApp but I’m not being assisted. Instead they are accusing me of not making payments. I would not recommend Rentoza to anyone, their service is horrible.
