Rentoza refuses to honor my buyout request

my subscription ended in November 2024 and I requested a buyout which they have failed to process, instead my card is still being charged for the monthly subscription . 5months later my card is still being debited

My buy-out request being ignored but at the same time I am being debited for a monthly subscription. I emailed multiple times and today they responded buy telling me that I need to pay the buyout fee again, added to the money that I have already paid after my subscription ended. Which makes no sense at all. Twice the buyout is R 17 440. I will not be paying that fee.

Their customer service is non existent and it frustrating and disappointing to say the least. They intentionally ignored my buyout requests to extend my subscription.

Whatever you do, don’t buy anything from Rentoza. This company should be investigated for *****, unfair and ******* business practices.
