Rentoza Refunds are non existent if you are declined.

I paid on the 2nd of Feb - only to be declined (by email) after the system approved me. Its now the 12th and still no refund - ongoing emails that all say the same thing - 3 to 5 working days... Its getting annoying, as i would like to make another plan but i need my money. I wish this company has proper management. They are very quick to take your money but incredibly slow to ever pay it back. Its also impossible to get hold of a "real" person.
