Rentoza refund me

I purchased a device from them on the 30th of January and and 5 Days later I signed their agreement 2 days later they send me mail saying I don't meet the requirements which is okay,but now am having trouble receiving my refund it's been 8 days now🤬they are telling me to wait 14days after they said it takes 3-5 working days
