Rentoza refund

I had bought an item at Rentoza but I struggled to verify my address and the item was eventually cancelled. However, they had already taken my money and I have been struggling to get my refund from March. I have been sending countless emails and whatsapps but no on is getting back to me. I got an email that that the refund has been processed via Paystack in April but I haven't received it. When I call a Paystack some Nigerian answered the call and told me the refund was paid, but when I asked him to send proof he just dropped the call. I don't know what to do cause I really want my money. Rentoza is the worst. How is it even possible that Rentoza doesn't even have a landline where you can call the dirctly?
