Rentoza Poor Service pathetic

This companies support is pathetic and unetical.I have compalined month after and I always have the same problem ,with them not unable to to collect payment form debt order. Again this month the same problem. They take a payment for one item but unable to process for another. I have battled for a whole day even going to my bank and they are so quick to lock my device and so convenient at the time when my contract is coming to end. My recommendation to the public ,find other companies this organisation is pathetic ,poor support and *********
