Rentoza poor service

Their so called customers care service is very poor even non existing I had contract with them for 12 months and its been paid to full then they deducted a 13th installment been trying to get hold of someone to tell me why but the only way you can get in contact with them is through whatsapp or Email and been trying for more than 2 weeks with no response they are quick to assist when buying a product from them but otherwise the service has been very very poor never dealt with service this poor
