RENTOZA= PATHETIC, USELESS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!! OH YES, NO DELIVERY!!!!!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. This is the most PATHETIC company or whatever they are to deal with !!! You cannot call them or speak to a person on the phone, you have do do it via WhatsApp or email. Then they send a please rate my service email without even answering my question!! I placed an order on the 28th of November 2024, they were quick to take the payment off my bank account. Then I had problem after problem, trying to do the verification process. EVENTUALLY on the 6th of December 2024 I was emailed the signed order. I am STILL waiting for my delivery. Was told the 31st of December, then the 27th of December and then low and behold I was told the 25th of December - Christmas Day - How stupid do they really think I am!!!!! Sent another WhatsApp and an email probably for about the 100th time, only to be told that the delivery partner is facing shipment issues, they are apparently working closely with their delivery partner and will get back to be shortly. This is the exact same response I received when I queried this on the 20th of December 2024. Never got feedback again. Now I get told 10 business days !!! I have to change the delivery address due to the delay, and now I will have to do it again as I am still waiting!!! I will probably have to pay R300 to change my debit order date, as they apparently will not, debit my account without goods been delivered... Heaven only knows when that will be. They rip their clients off. This is the 1st time I have ordered from RENTOZA and definitely the last. I will NEVER EVER order anything from them again. If you are even thinking about ordering something from RENTOZA. DONT DO IT!!!!!!
