Rentoza not worth it

Rentoza doesn't keep up with what they say on their website. Last night i had a call from a agent of theirs which i described my status and i told him i will pay my bill on Friday because of my salary being late. He said thanks for telling them. Today I get a email saying that couriers is gonna pick up the item I'm renting but their website shows you have up to 3 days to pay. What kind of company or communication do they have with their agents?? This is totally unfair.
