Rentoza not great

I placed an order on the 23 september. Waited forever then the phined me and saying the item is not available i should choose another item. So i did. Its now the 1st november and still no delivery of item uet they sent emails wit estimated delivery 1st november. They very quick to debit my account bu useless is delivering what the promised.
