Rentoza - never use it - absolutely shocking

I purchased a new Nintendo switch Oled and was told it is brand new. When it was delivered a MONTH later I see it's got pen marks on it and scratched. There is no charger and no one is willing to help. I can't believe how first Rentoza offer was untruthful, how bad the service is and I feel like I have been ****med by the company. Absolutely shocking and would recommend that no one ever uses this service. So sad try to get my son a gift and this is how we are treated.
