Don’t ever give these guys access to your account. I ordered a TV at the beginning of January and they immediately took the funds, I was unable to secure a TV license fast enough and they ended up cancelling my subscription, they promised to refund me (which they did) then for some reason debited me again. I spoke to an agent by the name of Selina and she advised me that a refund take about 14 working days. That was on the 7th of February over 21 working days later still nothing. When I follow up all I get is “Our refund system is down” and blue ticks. Jiki jiki I must email support when I’ve been speaking to support and her the entire time. Don’t trust a company that treats other people badly when they hold the cards. They can’t be trusted with R330 what do you think they’ll do to you when they have more of your money?
