Rentoza laying and *****ing from customers

I will not recommend rentoza if you want to buy anything thay are a bunch of laying and cheats at the company i ordered a ps 4 from them and after some time thay phoned me and wanted to offer me a xbox in its place if i wanted a xbox i would have ordered a xbox when i got the ps 4 not long after that it broke a power problem it took a week for them to collect the ps4 and to get it back to them and i waited for more than a month and thay did not care thay just took the subscription money at this time i payed 3 months and only had the console for 1 month when the ps4 broke i phoned sony themselves and thay told me rentoza must exchanges the unit it was not done just repaird and when it came back the holders that protects the ps in transport was missing as well as thecontroller charger cable and the outerbox i phoned them and thay did nothing about it and about 2and a half months later the ps4 was broken again with the same problem and Nomfundo Ndlovu told me the ps4 will be replaced and in the time that the ps4 was at rentoza i got a email that thay did not receive the subscription and will open a case of theft against me but my subscription ended at the end of july and Mohau got in contact with me and sorted out the problem im so sorry that he is working for rentoza i got the console back on the 14 of September and and this time the earphone was also missing the and the console was just repaired once again and now the controller is not working properly it disconnect from the console even if it is connected on charge on the consle the buttens are sticky this is not the controller that was sent with the ps4 for the power problem and poor Mohau trying to help me but all the answers he gets is not our problem he asked one of the relevant managers to call me and at this time of almost 10pm on 22 September i have had no call from anyone from rentoza to help me sort out this problem looks like tge staff *****s your stuff and just clane it was not in the box

As far as i know replacement means replacing the unit and NOT REPAIRING IT

So this is the survice i got from rentoza the past 6 months will never do business with them again i k ow there are good guys working there but this is it rentoza *****s from there customers
