Rentoza is useless and complete waste of time

I realized from the start that this company was bad news but it was too late for I had already paid the initial subscription fee.

In December I changed my debit date from the 15th to the 28th and paid R300 by them to do so.

15th January 2026 they still process a debit. I logged a ticket on their platform and it was never answered, went to their online chats not once and I was ignored.

Today is the 23 and seeing that my money was not reversed, I requested account closure for that was my final payment of the buyout

For your sanity, rather consider other buying options and not this stupidity.
