Rentoza is unprofessional

My experience with rentoza has been nothing but headache. There was an order purchase that was declined but my money of R5500 has not been reversed for more then a month then when I called was told to go to the bank to reverse it when the bank asks for them to approve it tey said they not doing it. I was even told that proof of payment will be made to since yesterday but even today nothing and I had to call in and ask I was told before midday even now nothing. Poor service and ***** and I will be taking the matter up.
