I app**** for a cellphone apple 16 last year December 15 2025. My application was declined because of some paperwork issue. During the application the system asked that I pay R1800 which I did. After the application was declined, I was told that I will receive my refund in 7 working days. Today’s it’s the 8 of January 2026and I am still waiting for the refund.The worst thing is that they don’t respond to emails or online ticket system which they operate for escalation of issues. This is soo bad. A lot of people are complaining about refunds. I am not the only one. This company is ****
