Rentoza is pathetic.

I have been waiting for a refund since the 20th of March. According to their policy it takes 12 working days to reflect in your account. I still haven't received anything. Just lies from rentoza agents. I am sick and tired of this business and wouldn't recommend it to anyone for anything.
