Rentoza is not to be trusted

I bought a TV and Fridge via Rentoza, weeks before they were meant to arrive I cancelled both subscriptions and was assured that they were cancelled. And this morning I’m woken up by a notification that Rentoza took money from my account even after confirming multiple times with multiple staff from Rentoza that I cancelled both my subscriptions. Which is also annoying the having to explain the same thing to a number of people that do the same job, they should have a system that captures information not email us from different staff on the same matter, and the same way
