Rentoza is not reliable

I have never experienced such horrific and not customer focused company. I purchased a fridge on the 16th Feb 2025 and was told delivery would be the 5th March. I had to follow up with them myself wto find out what is going and yes the story was around suppliers not delivery. I waited for another 5 days of which i asked for a refund and and its 10 days later that I have not received. Worst service ever Shocking.. Beware
