Rentoza is no GOOD!!!!

Rentoza is up to ****!! I placed an order and they asked fir documents needed. I send it 3 times yet they keep on asking. When i mailed asking for assistance no one seems to know how to reply!!! But when money is needed they are quick to ask for payment!!!
