Trying to complete the buy out process is a nightmare. I received a WhatsApp message informing me that my agreement is reaching the end of the term and I have the option to buy out. I logged a call that I wanted to buy-out my contract. I was instructed that my contract is not completed yet and I'm only able to buy out once my contract is completed.

6 months later, after both contracts has expired and I've paid diligently I didn't receive any messages except to tell me my subscription is going off, so I decided to email them to ask whats happening. I received a mail that I've made it to the end of my subscription term and that I was eligible to a buy out of my product. In the mail they explained that I had 2 options, one was to once off pay the full buy out price and the other was to split it over 3 months. I then rep**** back to the email (info mailbox) asking them how much did I owe them. Needless to say I didn't receive a reply. 7 days later they processed yet another payment, one of them was processed the other was declined. Then all of a sudden they manage to make contact with me, I said to the agent that I wanted to buy out both contracts. She instructed me that because the one payment was completed I can only buy out the one that was declined and that I need to contact them closer to the next debit date to process the other buy out. she the sent me the buy out agreement of the one contract and said that as as soon as I complete the agreement I will receive the payment link for the buy out agreement. After I've completed the buy out agreement I didn't receive the payment link. I've sent another mail to info and I'm still waiting for a reply, the only communication I receive is the repossession of something I've paid for the last 23 months and the contract was only 18 months.

I don't know how these people are still able to do business. If I add up all the money I've paid after the subscription completed I should actually paid off the buy out already.
