Rentoza is ****ming us

I subscribed to Rentoza and our subscription was for 12 months now we are on 10 months sent the ps5 back in July and we were told that they are waiting for their supplier so that they can send our ps5 back now I've been doing a follow up on all their channels with no response this morning I did a follow up again and they are telling me that I need to subscribe again as the ps5 was repossessed whereas we sent it back because it was not working and I've sending them messages but no one is responding.
