Rentoza is just horrible!

I ordered a fridge and a Microwave a month ago and I still haven’t received my order. I even had to change the Microwave I bought first to something I didn’t want because they keep telling me they didn’t have it in stock. The most annoying part is that they will send you a confirmation that your order is fulfilled and that was weeks ago and guess what I still haven’t received my order. The customer experience is horrible they will respond to emails after 1-2 days and the fact that they don’t have a direct line to call is tedious . Honestly if I wasn’t this desperate I would have cancelled my order along time ago and get my refund, definitely wouldn’t recommend Rentoza.
