Rentoza is ****ing people

I rented a playstation they deducted the first installment after deduction they said my application was not approved and refund will be done in 3 business days it has now been a week and no refund when i asked them they said the refund failed from their side it will take another 3 business days. I think rentoza is n **** they take your money then decline you and they do not refund your money i want my money refundwd today
