Rentoza is bad !!!

This company is ****mers they take your money wth no response!!!!! I have paid them the money I owed them, and yet they still taking money from me , I contacted them several times and a different agent speaks to me and I have to explain the same thing whole time, can someone please help me !!!!! This people is robbing me broad daylight!!
