Rentoza does not even deserve ene a 1 star,on August 8, 2024, I signed an agreement for a washing machine and paid an initial fee of R506.00. The delivery was scheduled for December 11, 2024. Before the delivery date, a consultant called and offered me a refurbished washing machine, which I declined. When December 11 passed, I was informed that the washing machine was sold out, so I requested a refund. Despite numerous follow-ups, I have still not received my refund as of March 24, 2025.
