Rentoza is a ****

So what happens with Rentoza is that you will pay for your device but they try tricks on making sure you don’t get to own the device

1st incident. On the 28th of January they did didnt debit my card for my instalment then I responsibly contacted them to let them know. They sent me a payment link then I paid. 3 days later they block my phone and sent people to come and reposses and I refused and produced proof of payment to the person who was sent to come collect the phone and the issue was resolved

Incident 2- this month they still didn’t debit my card. Asked for the payment link three times today and they are not giving it to me .

I feel as thought they know my devise will be paid up in the next 4 months so they want my contract to fall through so that they can take my devise and start a new payment method plan with someone else because they will give it to the next person.

There is no contact number for Rentoza so you can’t even call them all you can do is communicate via emails and they don’t even respond promptly

I would not advise anyone to use their services
