Rentoza has kept my refund for 3 months, saying that they have escalated it to their payments department. They declined my application and are basically refusing to give me my refund. When I complained to them, this is the answer that I received: "We sincerely apologise for the continued delay and understand your frustration regarding this matter.

We are actively following up with the team to ensure that the matter receives urgent attention and that you receive feedback as soon as possible."
