I got verified on the 28 Dec 2023. My ETA is 3 days after being verified. I contacted them to ask how far is my delivery they said I must wait for way bill to track it. As I write here is 7 business working days which has lapsed already and I haven't received my order. They reply me with the same content of the message. This online store rentoza is failing customers very bad. Since 28 till today the 6th of Jan they haven't handed my order to the courier. They hire unprofessional and inexperienced people who write emails with spelling errors.
