Rentoza is a ****

Rentoza is an absolute nightmare to deal with! I’ve been asking for a buyout since January 2025, and it’s now 9 months later — still no proper response, no action, nothing! I’ve emailed them multiple times (the last time on 10 September 2025) and they just ignore me completely.

Meanwhile, they’ve kept taking money from my account month after month, even after I requested a buyout. That’s R14,500 they’ve taken, and I’m now out about R8,000 more than the original buyout amount because of their total lack of communication and professionalism.

This company has no respect for its customers. They take your money and vanish when it’s time to deliver or assist. Disgraceful service and ********* behavior — stay far away from Rentoza!
