Rentoza is a ****!

I swear Rentoza is a ****. I have never once had a good experience with them. I purchased a fridge with them and returned it only to be promised a refund, without receiving it. Yesterday, my debit order did not go off, as they did not collect payment. And then they threatened to recall my phone. After saying that I did not make payment. When I did make payment this morning a day after my debit date. They hit me with a final notice saying that their couriers were going to collect my phone. And that all payment made was i lieu and that i could not have it back. Because I was in breach of not paying within 2 days. Which I definitely paid in less that 2 days. They also blocked my phone and now I have no access to anything in order to sort anything out. There is no response form their team after I sent them receipts and screenshots and mail threads and I suspect that Rentoza is a ****. Because my subscription is nearing an end in June and I have never had an issue with payment until now. I feel like this is a **** and that I am being ****med out of my money and my device.
