RENTOZA is a ****

I have been waiting for almost 2 months for a Fridge, they changed the delivery dates 3 times. Then they are out of stock and i must pick something ells over the phone and that is also not available. Then they want to charge me for a item i don't have, then they blame the courier. 33 Emails and all BS and i still don't have my Fridge. Now they just ignore me when i email as you cant phone then and nothing happens with the WhatsApp response just a O SORRY. I am at the point of laying charges against them for theft and *****. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
